||Clinical Improvement Specialist
Plans, manages and conducts activities in support of healthcare quality and performance improvement (PI).
Compiles, analyzes and evaluates data using statistical methods, benchmark data or other comparative measures.
Responsible for managing quality improvement projects by leading, facilitating or providing work direction.
Prepares and presents results of quality and PI activities.
Participates in the development, education and maintenance of the quality and PI program including insurance incentive programs and HEDIS measures.
Manages and maintains designated databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in the health care field or equivalent combination of education
- Three to five years of recent clinical or healthcare experience.
- One to two years experience in healthcare quality management
- Experience in ambulatory environment as a Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN
