McLaren Health Care is looking for a Director Corporate Recruitment Strategies to join the Corporate HR Team.


This position Designs, develops, and implements recruitment programs that have system-wide impact and facilitates McLaren Health Care’s (MHC) ability recruit and employ the most qualified candidates.  In collaboration with subsidiary Human Resources colleagues; responsible for creating and maintaining recruitment service metrics, recruitment strategic plans and system-wide policies; and implementing Human Resources goals and initiatives related to recruitment and fair employment compliance.  Ensures the system is consistently utilizing cutting edge selection, assessment and retention technologies. Oversees all internal and external search activities as well as assists in system succession planning process. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field;
  • Seven (7) years of progressive responsibility in a strategic recruitment position with a proven record of measured success

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in human resources or health care related field and/or master’s degree in related field.
  • SHRM   certification
  • Recruitment experience in the health care industry, executive recruitment experience.
