JOB SUMMARY
Establishes the strategic plan, assessment framework and direction and provides leadership for effective employee health programs. Develops programs across the McLaren continuum
of care including services for all subsidiaries and commercial clients. Directs the development and implementation of policies and procedures for Employee Health Services. Assures the collection, monitoring and reporting of data and health information practices
to assure proper custodianship of employee and commercial client health records as well as all required regulatory reporting.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Current Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan
· Minimum of five (5) years of progressively more responsible professional and management experience in a large occupational setting or ambulatory health care facility
· Must possess and consistently use excellent communication skills and teamwork problem-solving skills in order to develop relationships with regional providers
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Masters Preferred
· Occupational health experience in a large complex organization
· Experience in the administration of Worker's Compensation
· BSN
· Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN)
· Experience in strategic planning, marketing, sales, networking and affiliations, physician practice development, referral base development, or outreach programs in health
care is highly preferred
