Description Williams International is a privately-owned company that develops and manufactures jet engines for both military and commercial aircraft applications. We are seeking a Lead Safety & Reliability Engineer to join our team in Pontiac, Michigan. The individual will lead and execute the reliability, safety, and maintainability aspects for engine programs. This includes developing system requirements and traceability for new designs/programs and performing system analysis for safety & reliability. The individual will also develop certification artifacts for DO-160/DO-178/DO-254 programs.
Requirements A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. 10 plus years’ experience in related aerospace industry working in requirements management, reliability, and system safety. Must have the ability to obtain a security clearance.

U.S. citizenship status is required.
