Description Williams International is a privately-owned company that develops and manufactures jet engines for both military and commercial aircraft applications. Williams is currently seeking to fill a position in Electrical Manufacturing. This Team Member will report to the Team Leader, Manufacturing and is responsible for the assembly and testing of electrical assemblies for gas turbine engines.

The Electrical Assembly Fabricator will fabricate electrical assemblies with both manual and CNC equipment. This position is responsible for verifying assembly performance using both standard and electrical measuring instruments and special HASS equipment. Other duties include, but are not limited to, loading software to electrical control assemblies and proof spin testing and balancing of electrical assemblies. We have openings on 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent with 3 or more years’ experience fabricating electrical assemblies. The candidate must be able capable of lifting 50 pounds from floor to height of 25 inches, capable of pushing or pulling a weight of 60 pounds, have a grip strength of at least 50 pounds and be able to reach above shoulder 65 inches above floor level (minimum). Responsible for and accountable for product safety and the quality of work, including, as a minimum, all elements defined in the Company’s Quality Policy.
