Description Interpreting and applying FAR requirements for Williams International (WI). Conducting audit support for internal, external and government audit agencies. Conducting inventory counts and adjusting the books of record. Completing required fillings for Plant Clearance, Contract Modifications, and Contract Close Outs. Provide support to a variety of WI departments including Manufacturing, Program Management and Contracts, Product Support and Supply Chain. Travel will be required to the Ogden manufacturing facility no less than 3 times a year, and the Guaymas Mexico facility no less that one a year.
Inventory counts will require the physical ability to do so. Assist Williams International team members in retrieving and storing company assets and customer owned and furnished inventory. Coordinate the disposition of assets when no longer required. Compile, calculate and submit sales tax filings and payments.
Requirements Experience in Government Property Management. Solid understanding of the associated FAR, accounting, policy and procedure and reporting requirements. Prior experience in those activities such as, but not limited to Plant Clearance, Inventory Counts, Contract Modifications and Contract Close outs as they pertain to Property Management. Has worked with Customer Owned and furnished inventory, as well as commercial contract Property Management. Experience in supporting internal and external audits, including government and subcontract audits. Advanced Excel skills are required. SAP experience is a plus.
