Description Summary: Oversee and support management teams within a geographic or otherwise defined area. Directly supervises General Managers to ensure compliance with company policies, practices, and objectives. Ensure that all area Cinebarre locations operate within company guidelines, while meeting or exceeding sales and profitability goals established during the annual budget process.

The Cinebarre Regional Manager position is a exempt position and is primarily responsible for:
• Supervise work of field level management.
• Ensure business is conducted in a way that fosters enthusiasm, satisfaction, and high performance of each team member.
• Ensure business is conducted in a manner consistent with company values, legal compliance, standard operating procedures, and ethical considerations.
• Serve as a catalyst for integrating process improvements into our operations.
• Maintain effective communication with management teams regarding the quality of their operations.
• Ensure company initiatives are supported and clearly communicated to all managers and team members.
• Ensure that the strictest standards of sanitation, food safety, alcohol compliance and cleanliness are practiced in each location by every team member daily.
• Ensure all LTOs, drink specials, menu and procedural changes are deployed in a clear, precise, and effective manner.
• Execute regular on-site inspections and complete visitation reports.
• Measure and provide guidance on improving operational performance.
• Ensure locations maintain appropriate staffing levels in all positions to build sales and profitability, while providing superior guest service.
• Oversee and provide approvals for all people management processes, such as hiring, training, compensation, career development, succession planning, promotions, terminations, etc. within assigned area.
• Establish budgets for assigned Cinebarre locations in alignment with department and company goals.
• Conduct P&L review and analysis.
• Collect and evaluate project bids according to company guidelines.
• Approve field invoices for payment.
• Act as a liaison between the field, the corporate office and other support departments.
• Possess strong strategic thinking skills, with an emphasis on delivering and measuring action plans.
• Embrace excellence in customer service for both internal and external customers.
• Demonstrate initiative and good judgment in assisting customers, peers, and subordinates.
• Ability to evaluate problems and make appropriate recommendations to those involved.
• Demonstrate a high level of resilience during stressful periods and the ability to handle last minute changes.
• Ensure consistent and fair administration of personnel policies.
• Represent company in community and industry organizations.
• Communicate prioritization of initiatives and escalation of challenges to Vice President of Alcohol & Culinary Concepts.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
Requirements Qualifications are as follows:

• High school diploma is required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred and/or 3+ years of related experience required
• 3+ years of experience with kitchen efficiency processes in a multi-unit environment required
• 3+ years of experience combination of both front of house and back of house management required
• 3+ years of experience working in a full service, multi-unit hospitality environment required
• Leads by example and creates strong, independent, and well-functioning work teams
• Must possess the highest level of work ethics and integrity with the ability to maintain confidential information
• Proven record of accomplishment and success managing multiple units/stores
• Highly motivated, self-directed and results driven
• Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
• Must be a team player and excellent collaborator
• Acute attention to accuracy, consistency, and a high degree of quality in work
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Extensive travel required
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
• Word processing, spreadsheets, database program knowledge. Must be proficient with Microsoft products
