Description:

1. Prepare, review, and submit expenses for Leadership Team
2. Prepare and ship marketing tools and information
3. Provides various kinds of administrative support as designated by marketing assistant
4. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic

• Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

1. High School Diploma
2. 1-3 years of prior relevant experience.
3. Experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook are required
4. Strong detail orientation; with accuracy within timeline assigned
5. Extremely professional with outgoing personality

Travel Requirements:

This position may require 0 - 10% travel and may allow some remote work options.


Freedom to Act: Normally receives detailed instruction and close supervision on routine work and on new assignments as required.
