Description Responsibilities
As an analyst within our Cyber Security team, you will:
• Work with Private Sector clients to mitigate cyber risk and threats
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
• Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
• Assist in the development of new solutions and proposal ideas by seeking industry best practices and collaborating with internal SMEs
• Provide proposal support and related documentation for Health technology line of business
• Write cyber related documentation including processes/procedures, reports, and proposal content
• Assist with the development of articles and whitepapers for industry and professional organizations (HIMSS, CHIME, (ISC)2, RSA, etc.)
• Actively expand professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients
• Guide and mentor peers and subordinates to provide cross training
• Produce high-quality written and verbal communications, recommendations, and findings to customer management.
• Travel (client and internal meetings)
Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Strong background in Healthcare administration, HIPAA, NIST, ISO or similar standards based frameworks in information security and privacy
• Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
• Requires one or more of the following governance, risk, assurance or security certifications: CISSP, HCISPP, CRMA, CGEIT, CRISC, CISM, CISA, CBCP, GIAC or related governance, security, risk management or business continuity/disaster recovery certifications.
• Demonstrated ability to implement security tools and conduct security analysis.

Preferred:
• 2-4 year(s) of relevant consulting or industry experience
• Knowledge of and experience with Federal security regulations, standards, and processes
• Demonstrates broad knowledge of cyber security technologies, trends, and strategy such as IT Assurance, IT Governance, Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Policy Development, Vulnerability Management
