ROLE SUMMARY/PURPOSE:

  • The CRAFT-COE RM will integrate and develop processes that meet resource needs across the segment, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy to deliver the highest resources quality in the industry.
  • The CRAFT-COE RM will align with region staffing strategy to effectively hire, retain and train while controlling FIFO rates for his assigned CRAFT population
  • The CRAFT-COE RM will own the development and competency progression for assigned CRAFT team and drive consistent behavior among the team and drive long term resources and financial through data analytics.
  • Manage CRAFT operations metrics, EHS training, TimeCard submission, Outage reports OTD, assignment surveys …etc.

 

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

  • Partner with CRAFT-COE Director to drive the AIM region resources strategy for CRAFT COE
  • Drive EHS compliance and adherence to EHS goals while supporting safety culture
  • Drive capability improvement by developing and monitoring the performance of CRAFT to reduce defects and attain world-class levels of quality
  • Lead assigned CRAFT pool to optimize field resources and provide new solutions to ensure proper planning and timely delivery
  • Contribute to long term business planning and overall business strategy by recommending improvements which will further optimize resources.
  • Collect and analyze operations data and compare performance to established metrics relative to CRAFT KPI’s, financial expectations, resource utilization, and localization.
  • Establish, maintain and report operations dashboards to Resource Director.
  • Work with CRAFT-COE director to create an operational budget plan for the assigned skill-pool
  • Lead the recruitment and hiring activities by working with the recruitment team to actively fill positions needed for operational success as per blue-print
  • Collaborate with CRAFT-COE Director and TDQ to establish and implement training programs and career development plans to meet the developmental needs of his assigned skill-pool in the region.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
