Description

Role and Responsibility:

  • Responsible for aggressively sourcing and identifying passive candidates for executive level, highly compensated and niche key openings
  • Develop, communicate and execute recruiting plans and sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions
  • Research, identify, and recruit candidates through the use of innovative search methods that include cold-calling, networking, deep internet sourcing and mining
  • Conducting research to map target companies and top talent for CareSource
  • Apply the creative use of social, professional, and internet networking sites to identify and source candidates
  • Build networks to source qualified passive candidates by using business acumen to support, consult and present (sell) candidate slate in alignment to our client's needs
  • Complete sourcing recruitment engagements within service level agreements (timeliness)
  • Perform any other job related instructions as requested

Key Decision Rights:

  • Successfully negotiate total compensation package for new hires
  • Determine and authorize sign-on bonuses
  • Authority to determine vacancy advertising boards and establish timeframe to post internally and/or externally

 

Requirements

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science/Arts (BS/BA) degree in human resources, management or related field, or equivalent work experience is required
  • A minimum of five (5) years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience is required, preferably in a healthcare environment

Required Competencies / Knowledge / Skills:

  • Ability to demonstrate successful and creative use of social, professional, and internet networking sites to identify and source candidates
  • Effective internet skills to include Boolean search expertise, AIRs search techniques, and creative/innovative researching knowledge (technically savvy)
  • Previous use and knowledge of ATS systems and other recruiting tools
  • Personal and organizational self-awareness
  • Established relationship-building skills
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Licensure / Certification:

  • Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR) preferred

Working Conditions:

  • General office environment; may be required to sit/stand for long periods of time
  • Some travel required; possible travel to Dayton, Ohio office three to five times per month
