High School Adm Rep/Presenter
Minimum Education Level
PRIMARY FOCUS: Responsible for recruiting qualified high school students in support of our traditional enrollment effort. Also responsible, for establishing and maintaining productive relationships with high school students and parents. The High School Admissions Representative recruits students through telemarketing and on-campus visits. This is a campus-based position. It does NOT involve making presentations at high schools.
Contact all new senior leads within a 24 hour period.
Generate high school leads through referral generation.
Interview and enroll qualified students to meet individual and market goals.
Follow up with enrolled students ensuring that admission and financial aid requirements are met.
Promote and leverage scholarship opportunities.
Work closely with High School Coordinator to leverage sales activity and high school relationships.
Consistently perform accurate and timely sales activity reporting.
Participate in all high school admissions functions.
Include parents in all functions of traditional recruitment whenever possible.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director of Admissions.
**Note this is a campus-based position. It does NOT involve making presentations at high schools**
Candidate must work a flexible schedule to meet prospective students’ needs. Evening and weekend hours are required.
Knowledge and Experience
1. Advanced academic training, Bachelor’s degree preferred
2. One to two years’ prior experience in sales/recruiting
3. Past/current participation in community organizations (s).
4. Demonstrated proficiency in personal computer skills
5. Prior selling in consultative needs based system preferred
6. Demonstrated ability to work in a team based sales environment
